Through our flagship SwaNari Program, we work across rural and peri-urban habitations to dismantle socioeconomic barriers, equipping women with the resources, competencies, and platforms needed to lead self-determined lives.
Adopting an integrated, multidimensional approach, SwaNari connects women to functional education, market-aligned vocational training, financial inclusion, and public leadership opportunities. By establishing and nurturing active Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and women-led micro-enterprises, the program champions dignity, builds economic independence, and ensures that women's voices directly shape community governance.
