Under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, the “training to promote rural sports, nationally recognized sports, paralympic sports and Olympic sports” is an explicitly approved avenue for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Vayambharati Foundation partners with forward-looking corporate donors to sponsor village sports grounds, supply professional sports kits, fund athletic talent academies, and build sustainable youth empowerment programs with audited, compliant governance.
